Selina於2010年在上海因拍戲被失控的爆破火苗吞噬，全身達54%面積嚴重灼傷，昨她對八仙樂園粉塵爆炸案的受傷民眾喊話：「能哭就發洩吧！時間是最好的解藥，可以把痛苦磨平，需要我時，我一定會出現，我老公也會幫大家做法律諮詢。」佩甄從事醫美的老公王祚軒也聯合27家同業醫療資源，免費提供患者換藥等醫療。
